Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative, client billable, and client non-billable tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and operations management, with a strong focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business managers and project managers to coordinate all administrative, client billable, and client non-billable tasks.
  • Understand the agency investment process and own the end-to-end management, including processing new business, agency-specific, and client investment forms.
  • Run period reporting to capture progress and non-compliance, and escalate to senior management.
  • Facilitate all project setups, including new business, clients, and agency initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in R2R processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and able to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools.
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Flexible and result-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Others:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus.
  • Maintain internal Client MSA Cheat sheets as well as team/client framework.
  • Prepare financial information and reconciliations to clients as required.
  • Own maintenance of client contracts/SOWs/POs database and ensure compliance, filing, and version control.
  • Understand audit requirements and ensure completeness of audit trails.
  • Review of vendor contracts and other legal matters in coordination with legal.
