Job Title:

Strategic Business Insights Specialist


Role Summary:

This role is responsible for driving strategic business initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

As a key member of the business analysis team, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and customers.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, contribute to ongoing improvements in business analysis practices and tools, and support data analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and customers to inform strategic business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and design effective workflows.
  3. Develop comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and Process Maps, to facilitate clear communication.
  4. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Act as a liaison between customer support teams, project stakeholders, and technical developers to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  6. Support data analysis efforts, including data cleaning, manipulation, and deriving actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  7. Participate in and support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  8. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance overall project efficiency.
  9. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong documentation skills, including experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of process documentation and business process mapping.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly inquisitive mindset.
