Job Overview

This role involves providing end-to-end support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

You will play a key part in ensuring seamless system performance and resolving technical issues promptly.

  • Module Support: Provide comprehensive technical and functional assistance for Coupa P2P modules.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and address any technical or functional issues that may arise.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa to ensure secure and efficient operation.
  • Integration Support: Offer support for integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, such as ERP systems.
  • System Upgrades: Assist in the planning, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Issue Resolution: Liaise with Coupa support and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or similar P2P systems.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, experience with ticketing systems, familiarity with integration tools, and ERP systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Coupa certifications, experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis, knowledge of ITIL practices.
