Shopify Store Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Shopify store operations specialist to manage multiple stores, build pages that drive sales, and launch new products. As the go-to person for our clients, you'll be responsible for maintaining store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop landing pages and product pages that boost conversion rates
  • Launch new collections and run effective sales campaigns
  • Utilize Shopify apps to enhance product visibility and user experience
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for optimization
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across multiple stores

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Shopify store management or a related field
  • Proficiency in essential Shopify apps, including Launchpad, Replo, and Recharge
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement custom storefronts
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

The following skills are desirable but not required:

  • WordPress experience for clients with diverse tech stacks
  • Advanced app knowledge, particularly with Rebuy, Nosto, Algolia, Yotpo, or A/B testing tools
  • Email marketing platform expertise, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Multi-industry exposure, including fashion, beauty, electronics, and more
  • SEO knowledge and basic coding skills
