Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant

Job Description:

At SEANERGY DIGITAL INDIA PVT LTD, we're seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements for customer and vendor data between Workday and the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop integration solutions using Workday integration tools, such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio, to facilitate the creation and updating of customer and vendor records within the TMS.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability, troubleshooting and resolving any issues as needed.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation phase, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration delivery.
  4. Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  5. Stay updated on Workday platform updates and industry best practices related to integrations, particularly within the context of TMS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules, with expertise in integration methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and integrating customer/vendor data is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
