Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to spearhead our Business Intelligence Unit in Mumbai/Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability objectives by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputed college.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services or retail business.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
