We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our machines and equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel, assign tasks, prioritize and monitor performance to ensure on-time completion of maintenance activities.

You will also provide training to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in TPM activities, allocate maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities to team members based on skill levels, workload, and equipment needs.

Your role will also involve providing regular reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status to stakeholders. You will track key department KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion, and other relevant metrics. You will keep track of spare parts inventory and initiate procurement processes as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel

  • Provide training to maintenance technicians
  • Participate in TPM activities

  • Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B.E/B.Tech in relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation)
  • 2-6 years of experience in manufacturing or automobile production industry
  • Hands-on working and trouble shooting on SPM, honing, grinding, cleaning, assembly process
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of Machine elements and control systems
  • Advance knowledge in Diagnosis, Trouble shooting skills of machine elements
