Lead International Education Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about creating engaging marketing campaigns that drive global education enrollments? We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to lead our international education programs across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for high-impact campaigns targeting prospective students worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute full-funnel paid campaigns with precise audience targeting, compelling ad copy, and effective creative visuals.
- Develop and manage full-funnel paid campaigns targeting international students across multiple platforms.
- Own the campaign lifecycle from planning to tracking and daily optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging and targeted strategies for different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Plan and launch paid campaigns with clear goals and objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creative formats, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.
Audience Targeting and Messaging:
- Build precise audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data.
- Develop compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with country-specific admissions cycles and student motivations.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all campaigns.
