Senior HR Analytics Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning models to ensure a systematic link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.
  • Provide data analysis support to the HR function in areas such as people metrics, reporting, advanced analytics, and forecasting.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze cross-functional enterprise-wide data.

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reports, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Proven expertise in analytics environments including MI and reporting within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports.
