As a pivotal partner, you will drive the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive end-to-end processes, implement sourcing strategies, and oversee seamless experiences that reflect our culture and values.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle relations, develop initiatives, and serve as a champion to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Performance Management & Development: Manage cycles, define pathways, and coordinate targeted training programs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits management, and ensure full compliance with regulations.
  • Policy Implementation & Process Improvement: Regularly review and update policies, recommend automation, and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with site leadership and global teams to support planning, succession, and restructuring initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of progressive experience, ideally in the industry.
