Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-availability architectures with failover and recovery mechanisms to ensure system uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement capacity planning models that accurately forecast future scalability requirements.
  • Establish and document performance baselines, thresholds, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for critical applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture is essential.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and Open Telemetry using tools like Splunk, AppD, Prometheus, Fluentd, ELK, and Dynatrace is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and business presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with system reliability, chaos engineering, SLI, SLO, SLA, and error budgets is highly preferred.
