Job Title: Enterprise Application Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Application Resilience Specialist to join our team and drive the validation of enterprise applications' stability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities.

The role involves designing test strategies and identifying vulnerabilities across systems and networks to ensure seamless operations under various failure conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate resiliency.
  • Conduct thorough stress, load, and failure testing to pinpoint weak points in the system.
  • Analyze system behavior under failure conditions and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend architecture/process enhancements.
  • Monitor system logs and behavior during tests, documenting risks and mitigation strategies for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective measures and process refinement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, RPT, and scripting in Python/Java.
  • Experience with cloud testing on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to DevOps processes, automation, and cybersecurity principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
