Job Profile: Sales and Technical Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industrial market to create product acceptance by conducting trials on OEM machines or panels.
- Participate actively in regional exhibitions as directed by the sales team, and secure product approvals in private consultant space and government companies.
- Manage dealer channels and trader sales within assigned regions of India.
- Identify business opportunities by finding industry OEMs, end users, system integrators, traders, consultants, etc., and assess their position in the industry. Analyze sales options.
- Sell products by establishing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships by providing technical support during trials. Suggest product upgrades or improvements based on industry trends and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to identify product improvements or new products.
- Prepare regular reports by collecting and analyzing data. Daily visit summaries are required.
- Promote quality service by implementing organization standards.
- Support the team by achieving sales targets and resolving customer issues/queries, suggesting new products in the industry.
