The Transactional Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in the efficient and accurate execution of procurement transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Requisition Processing: Process purchase requisitions in compliance with procurement policies and guidelines by reviewing and validating requisition details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Purchase Order Generation Monitoring: Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions, considering specified requirements and supplier agreements.
  • Good Receipt Monitoring: Ensure good receipts are fully integrated in the ERP system and issues are fixed.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for requisition processing and communicate with requestors to clarify specifications and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and maintain accurate documentation of transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, good receipts, and other transactional procurement matters.
Requirements
  • Experience in transactional procurement or a related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
