Job Overview

The Head - Project oversees the construction, fit out, and launch of new showrooms and related works to ensure timely execution of expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and Obtaining Necessary Permits: Coordinating and obtaining necessary permits for project sites.
  • Working with Internal Stakeholders: Working with internal stakeholders to obtain design approvals, material selections, and quantity surveys.
  • Ensuring Timely Delivery: Ensuring timely delivery of projects from vendors in line with approved parameters.
  • Overseeing Civil and Interior Works: Overseeing civil and interior works for offices, branches, and showrooms across multiple locations.
  • Planning Manpower Allocation: Planning manpower allocation for construction sites.
  • Reviewing Progress: Reviewing progress with the team on a regular basis.
  • Implementing Best-Practices: Implementing best-practices to ensure perfect execution of interior works.
  • Supporting the PMO: Supporting the PMO to track and update progress of new store launches.
Requirements
