Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing the transfer of shares, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee share transfers, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes
  • Maintain up-to-date records of share ownership and related transactions
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and books
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including profit share calculations
  • Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed
  • Assist in preparing financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management
  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations
  • Contribute to establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) qualification, fully qualified or advanced stage
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
