Job Title: Social Media Manager

We're seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to drive our social media strategy forward. This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Day-to-Day Social Media Activities: Uphold brand consistency by posting regular updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Develop and execute monthly social media strategies to grow and maintain followers across popular platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the brand team to create and execute content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
  • Ensure Consistency in Copy: Align tone, voice, and terminology with brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Develop Actionable Plans: Expand and retain followers by creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in targeting audiences and tailoring marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to apply it across social channels.
