Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field and have 0-2 years of experience in managing social media for brands, artists, or production houses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content execution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio to streamline content creation and publishing.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and schedules.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality content, including captions, copywriting, and creative writing.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in managing social media for brands, artists, or production houses.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Excellent content planning and calendar management skills.
  • Superior caption writing, copywriting, and creative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of reels, platform trends, and viral content formats.
