Business Systems Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global teams and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively during business hours in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Leverage knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Screen Layout Design:

  • Create rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

  • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
