Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive user interfaces and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
  • Apply finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization
  • Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test, and iterate designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Visualize design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Create original graphic designs (icons, illustrations, and color palettes)
  • Maintain layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Comply with style standards for fonts, colors, and images
  • Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and engaging user interfaces
  • Present and defend design decisions with fundamentals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer and strong portfolio of related projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in prototyping tool Figma (or Adobe XD)
  • Fundamental understanding of web development to validate design feasibility
  • Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills and clear articulation of ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
  • Sound knowledge of design theory, particularly principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability
