Job Title:

Night Auditor - Financial Reconciler

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reconciling all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, and night audit is essential.
  • A flexible schedule that accommodates overnight shift hours is required.
  • Proficiency in computer software; experience with accounting or reservation systems is necessary.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
