We seek a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex networks using BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, and other advanced routing protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nokia 7750 SR, 7210 SAS, and other Nokia router platforms is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning is required.
  • Familiarity with network security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs is crucial.
  • Participation in network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning is expected.
  • Collaboration with network engineers, system administrators, and application teams to resolve network issues is necessary.
  • Maintenance of network configurations and operational procedures is essential.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in IP/MPLS networking is vital.
  • Participation in on-call rotation for network support is required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 8-15 years of experience in IP/MPLS networking with a strong focus on Nokia routers is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, and other advanced routing protocols is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia 7750 SR, 7210 SAS, and other Nokia router platforms is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef is preferred.
  • Familiarity with network virtualization technologies such as SDN, NFV is beneficial.
  • Industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, Nokia Certified Professional are advantageous.
  • Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools is desirable.
