Your Role
As a mobile testing leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of manual QA testers. You will guide them in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of all system requirements and functionalities.
You will work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle. Your role will involve executing manual test cases, documenting test results, tracking defects to closure, and ensuring that all issues are accurately reported and resolved.
You will also be responsible for continuously improving testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency. Regular status updates and reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality health of the project will be provided.
