Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical lead to play a critical role in designing and developing the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Frontend Architecture: Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.
