Senior Digital Strategist

Job Overview:
  • Leverage expertise to direct and guide pre- and post-Silicon validation activities for a design function in SoC project development.
  • Develop and lead teams responsible for emulation platform (Palladium-Z1/Z2 or FPGA) bring up and handling post-Si activities challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, whether with emulation platform or with emulated-DUT on Silicon.
  • Ensure the successful execution of technical projects by evaluating final results and preparing reports outlining outcomes and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement effective flow and methodology.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams with experience of minimum 2-3 years.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Arm cores - CM0P, peripherals: DMA/I2C/UART/SPI/IO/Timers/power-management infra IP is essential (both pre- and post-Silicon).
  • Manage lab equipment effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
