Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client Manager I.

This role is in Pune - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage a small team of AML/KYC/Prevention staff assigned to research, prepare, and review basic and complex client profiles for clients that vary in risk and complexity.
  • Ensure adherence to the review framework. May provide recommendations to help ensure that the process, from preparation to approval, is equipped with the appropriate checks and balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues regarding client profiles, keeping leadership apprised of potential areas of concern.

In addition to managing a team, you will also be responsible for coordinating AML/KYC/Prevention procedures and policies in overall compliance strategy.

To achieve success in this role, we're seeking individuals with 10+ years of AML/KYC work experience and 3-5 Years of People Management Experience.

A high school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Post Graduate degree is Required.
