Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Fundraising Expert to join our team.

Job Description

The role requires strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to prepare and present information clearly to management and investors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis. A strong background in fundraising processes, term sheets, loan documentation, and investor communications is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project-wise MIS covering sales, collections, costs, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain company-wise and group-level MIS for consolidated reporting.
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses.
  • Support management with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.
Fundraising and Investor Relations
  • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with bankers, NBFCs, investors, and legal advisors.
  • Ensure timely preparation of quarterly investor presentations with accurate financial and operational updates.
Requirements
  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, NBFC, or corporate finance roles.
  • Prior exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or project finance is highly desirable.
