Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Associate to fill a key role in our operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the bar shift, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage an efficiently operated bar shift in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
- Utilize every opportunity to enhance knowledge in all areas of bar supervision.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts and ensure the bar and stores meet Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
- Display complete awareness of all drink and food menus and be prepared to explain and recommend contents.
- Comply with Company Health and Safety and Fire Regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to the Company disciplinary policy when necessary.
- Maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training, and motivational techniques.
- Demonstrate perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how they are prepared, presented, and trained to possess this knowledge.
- Meet or exceed the monthly drink profit margin target.
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience in supervisory or above capacity.
- A warm personality, attentive, and smartly presentable.
- Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Accountable and resilient.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
