Job Description

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle PR to PO conversion, fixed asset creation, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates
  • Contribute to key performance metrics of the team, including SLA, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management office, compliance teams, information security, and contingent workforce program team
  • Review legal clauses and handle customer issues during contract execution
  • Document processes, build and maintain desktop procedures
  • Manage data and act as a buyer
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the team and represent the team on internal forums
  • Build effective relationships, resolve user queries promptly, and raise awareness of common pitfalls
  • Carry out special projects and drive continuous improvements
  • Provide clarity and support to internal partners on procurement policies and methodologies
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree; a Master's degree is beneficial
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations, with exposure to both product and services procurement
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, P2P tools, and ERP systems
  • Experience working with standard contract templates, contract drafting, and collaborating with legal teams
  • Working experience in multi-cultural/multi-region environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel and professional English language skills
