Senior Geological Surveyor

This is an exciting chance to work as a geological surveyor in the Palakkad region. Our clients are seeking a skilled professional with experience in quarry operations, mining plan preparation, and environmental consultancy.

• Conduct thorough geological surveys and mapping of quarry sites for building stone and related materials.
• Collaborate with mining engineers and technicians in planning and executing mining activities.
• Analyze soil, rock, and mineral samples to assess their suitability for extraction and commercial use.
• Evaluate geological risks and provide valuable input to optimize resource extraction while minimizing environmental impact.
• Present technical reports, environmental documentation, and compliance-related submissions as required.

• Hold a Master's degree in Geology or Applied Geology, or a degree in Mining Engineering.
• Hold 2–3 years of experience in building stone quarry operations, mining plan preparation, or environmental consultancy.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of AutoCAD for creating mining and geological drawings.
• Show practical experience in quarrying activities, mining operations, and compliance processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Malayalam (reading and writing) as it is mandatory for this role.
• Must hold a valid driving license and own a bike for site visits.
