Advanced Analytics Solutions Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive innovative analytics solutions for enterprise clients.

Solution Design & Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Implement data integration workflows using scripting and automation services.

Data Strategy:

  • Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  2. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  3. Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • 7-11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in advanced analytics and architecture.
  • Strong command over features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
