  • Produce comprehensive design, system, user, and procedural documentation
  • Configure and set up applications efficiently
  • Provide expert training to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with development teams for timely delivery and testing
  • Execute data migration strategies effectively
  • Offer go-live and post-live support services
  • Lead teams effectively, utilizing people management skills
  • Prioritize and manage project schedules and multiple activities efficiently
  • Identify and analyze project risks and issues with project managers
  • Analyze and resolve problems systematically and logically
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solutions, components, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with customers on development specifications, interface modification, and testing
