Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned expert to lead a critical global Windchill v13 Upgrade Project. This strategic initiative is part of a major program within the healthcare and life sciences industry, with high visibility and impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex upgrade project while ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and engage teams.

  • Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate BOM structures, ECN workflows, and product data governance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading planning and execution of a Windchill v13 upgrade.
  • Developing detailed project plans and implementation schedules.
  • Managing vendor relationships and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Driving organizational change management and adoption metrics.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in regulated industries, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong vendor management and migration experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications

The following qualifications are desired but not required:

  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, and MS Project.
