Senior Supply Chain Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions and provide strategic direction for our specialized technical consulting team. This role combines deep supply chain planning domain expertise with Oracle Cloud SCM architectural leadership to drive complex, enterprise-level implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing domain expertise and guidance for our SCM and Supply Chain Planning automation solutions.
  • Defining technical standards, development methodologies, and best practices for the team.
  • Conducting technical reviews of complex SQL reports, integrations, and customizations.
  • Fostering professional development through coaching, training, and Oracle certification programs.
  • Managing resource allocation and project assignments across multiple client engagements.

Strategic Practice Development includes:

  • Developing intellectual property, accelerators, and reusable solution components.
  • Establishing centre of excellence practices for supply chain planning implementations.
  • Leading knowledge transfer sessions and maintaining team expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
  • Representing the organization at Oracle conferences, industry events, and client presentations where necessary.

Solution Architecture & Design involves:

  • Designing end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions with emphasis on Supply Chain Planning optimization.
  • Architecting complex integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM).
  • Defining data architecture and master data management strategies for supply chain planning.
  • Leading solution blueprinting sessions and creating comprehensive technical architecture documentation.
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of supply chain planning experience with deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
  • 7+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading supply chain planning transformations and process optimization initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and optimization algorithms.
  • Experience with advanced planning concepts including consensus planning, collaborative planning, and integrated business planning.
