Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the transportation sector? We are seeking an experienced Highway Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our highway design team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in highway design and engineering, with experience working on large-scale transportation projects. You will be responsible for designing highways and transportation infrastructure, preparing detailed designs using industry-standard software such as CIVIL3D, MX Road, and AutoCAD.

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative individual who can work effectively with staff, technical specialists, and discipline leads to deliver projects on time and to budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

As a Highway Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to final designs. You will also have access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including BIM and Auto TURN software.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering desirable;
  • At least 6 years of experience in highway design and engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
  • International working experience is preferred but not essential.

Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering and international working experience. However, we are open to discussing alternative qualifications and experiences that demonstrate your capabilities.
