Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in a Data Analyst role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in working with large datasets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Identify, acquire, and integrate structured & unstructured data from diverse sources, automate data collection, preprocessing, and cleaning processes for accuracy and consistency.
  • Pattern Identification and Trend Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
  • Predictive Modeling and Algorithm Development: Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
  • Database Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Data Visualization: Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Define new opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy and monitor analytical models in production, ensuring continuous optimization.

Requirements and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role (4–7+ years preferred).
  • Programming Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus).
  • Data Mining and Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
  • Big Data Frameworks: Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc.) and ETL processes.
  • Statistics and Mathematics: Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and operations research.
  • Data Modeling and Database Design: Skilled in data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Problem-Solving and Business Acumen: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Education Background

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field is required.
