Senior Data Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead our data management and analytics initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of data pipelines, visualization tools, and web analytics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). They should be proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio, and have a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for sentiment analysis.

The successful candidate will work extensively with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights. They will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Implement and monitor web analytics to track user behavior and preferences.
  • Apply NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured data.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small analytics team.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of NLP techniques.
