
Special Projects Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing special projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. They will work closely with customers and internal teams to communicate project requirements, timelines, and progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining order processes, including obtaining purchase orders, pro forma invoices, payment/letter of credit follow-ups, and required documentation.
- Coordinating shipments and installations.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing updates and reports for the Director and Upper Management as required.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Commerce/Science Graduate with a Computer Application Degree (BCA or MCA).
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant.
- Experience working with international or multinational companies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools is essential.
