Job Title: Pharmaceutical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead our project team in the development of generic drugs. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects and teams, with a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and pharmaceutical industry standards.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, while driving project progress and improvement.
  • Familiarity with eCTD dossier modules and regulatory filing pathways for various regions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Manage project schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within project teams.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • M.Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy with MBA.
  • At least 9 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of generic drug development cycles, regulatory guidelines (ICH, ANVISA, USFDA, EMA), and regulations (GMP, GCP, GLP).
  • Experience with eCTD dossier modules and regulatory filing pathways for EU, US, CA, PMDA, LATAM, etc.
