Role: Project Manager

The key role of a Project Coordinator is to facilitate smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle. They act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We prepare and review quotes, budgets for projects.
  • Design changes are tracked and monitored, and documentation is updated accordingly.
  • We coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • All project-related files and documentation are organized and maintained.
  • We act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Vendors and suppliers are coordinated for settlements post-project completion.
  • Budget analysis is conducted for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • We assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Administrative or coordination requirements are supported for project managers and executives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in project coordination, interior execution, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of site measurements, AutoCAD drawings, and BOQs is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Multiple projects can be managed simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
