Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic process improvement projects, deploying techniques of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control. They will also facilitate groups and individuals across all functions to identify quality improvement projects and decide on methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence teams through education and communication that change in methodology is the right thing to do.
  • Partners with business stakeholders at all levels in the organization to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
  • Track and report project results, ensuring improved processes stay improved.
  • Leads multi-disciplined teams in addressing quality issues and executing systemic improvement projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Overall experience of 4 to 7 years, out of which three (3) or more years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience.
  • Technical knowledge of lean principles, tools, and technique.

Desirable Skills:

  • Black belt certified.
  • Working experience in Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous improvement.
  • Strong business sense, fast learner, and self-motivated with high discipline.
  • Strong facilitation skills and analytical techniques.
