Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer with expertise in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up and debugging.

Main Responsibilities

  • Multilayer PCB layout designs for mixed signal applications.
  • Experience in High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
  • Familiarity with BGA components and Blind and buried via techniques,
  • Knowledge of latest interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN etc.
  • Differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, and EMI/EMC mitigation skills.
  • Constraint management and DFM & DFA analysis experience.
  • IPC standard compliance and Allegro tool proficiency.
  • Schematic Designing and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Schematic review and layout validation for internal and customer projects.
  • PCB vendor coordination and development for manufacturing issues.
  • Board bring ups, debugging, and testing experience.
  • Proficiency in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication protocols.
  • BOM approval and release process management.
  • Component selection for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.

Required Expertise

  • Proven track record of successful production level PCB designs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Vendor interaction and review of work.
  • Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
