Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to lead the examination department.

The ideal candidate will plan, schedule, and conduct all university examinations while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the process.

  • Supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Develop and update examination policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate with academic departments and teams for seamless examination management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree with strong academic credentials.
  • At least 10 years of experience in examination management or higher education institutions.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Master's degree with strong academic credentials (PhD desirable).
  • Administrative experience in examination management.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • In-depth knowledge of examination systems and evaluation methods.
  • Tech-savviness with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
