Job Description

The Quality Management team at Manipal Hospitals seeks a detail-oriented professional to ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the hospital.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and timely closure of all identified deficiencies.

The ideal candidate will oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. They will also drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.

Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.

They will work closely with the Unit Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
