**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative technology leader to spearhead our retail architecture efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that drives business growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of technical solutions for our retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing initiatives, driving digital transformations that deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Owning and driving the creation of technical solution designs, collaborating with engineering/delivery teams to build and deliver technology solutions, examples, and proofs-of-concept architectures.
  • Providing technical and solution leadership, mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Acting as a Retail Technology and Architecture Leader for one or more business solutions, ensuring critical thinking, collaboration, and process improvement.
  • Collaborating with business users to create architecture in alignment with business needs.
  • Producing documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Developing and executing a thought leadership strategy that positions our organization as a leader and innovator in the industry.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments through industry research.
  • Conducting in-depth research to gather data, statistics, and market insights to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, influencers, and partners.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience constructing estimation models, proposals, RPFs, and RFIs.
  • Broad-level knowledge of the evolving retail landscape and its impact on technology innovation.
  • Independently developing solution offerings and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on best practices and guidelines.
