Job Title: Identity Access Management Professional

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our IAM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations, as well as proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations: Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Develop and Maintain: Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to enhance the IAM platform.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks to identify potential issues before they occur.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support User Provisioning: Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure accurate and secure access management.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.

Requirements:

  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
