About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering for long-term growth.

As a seasoned Chartered Accountant, you will lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring financial insights and recommendations are provided to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies, with strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the overall Finance function including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
  • Partnering with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Implementing best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.
  • Mentoring and developing the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
  • Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
