Technical Evaluation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Evaluation Manager to oversee technical evaluations across our PAN India branches.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Vetting of technical reports prepared by internal and external agencies for accuracy and compliance.
    • Meticulous checking of property valuations through various property portals, ensuring consistency with technical standards.
    • Lead the resolution of observations identified during technical evaluations, coordinating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in property valuation and technical assessment, proficient in using various property portals for valuation checks across India.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve observations in technical reports. Additionally, you must have strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
