Healthcare Database Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Chennai as a Healthcare Database Analyst.

This role involves creating test directories for RBU's/EBU's and triaging demand requests for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test directories for RBU's/EBU's and manage demand requests effectively.
  • Maintain accurate status updates for managers on all inflight and pending projects.
  • Map customers to codes and produce compendium maintenance files for strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Clinically oriented with expertise in medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with major LIS and EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Access/SQL database skills.
  • Strong communication skills within the peer group and ability to meet stringent customer deadlines.

Comprehensive training will be provided, involving minimal documentation and extensive mentoring. You will have access to QLS and EBU's (Modified access to limit to non-PHI functions), Qted, eForm, Clarity, and other necessary tools.

We require a candidate with an immediate to 10-day notice period.
