Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Development Specialist to guide individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional goals. This full-time role involves designing and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.
  • Design and create impactful slideshows and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for impactful speaking and presentations.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.
  • Experience in creating training materials or multimedia presentations is a plus.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. A degree in Psychology is considered a bonus for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.
